* Service: always nice, always well-trained. * The wait: Always, but a lot less at this location as compared to others. Front has sun with umbrella shades (over most) and heat lamps and the side totally in the shade. * Wonderful patio: A front and side patio. Convenient for before/after a movie at the Arclight. Return chicken to the pan, turning it to coat in the sauce. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste and turn off heat. Reduce heat to medium, add 1/2 cup cream and simmer until sauce thickens (2 min). (note: I repeated the word "Cheesecake", because I can't get enough of it. Add 1 1/2 cups beef broth and boil until 2/3 cup liquid remains or about 1/4 of it’s original volume (10 min). * Cheesecake: galore! My favs are: Carrot Cake Cheesecake, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake, Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake, Snickers Bar Chunks and Cheesecake, but my absolute fav, Dutch Apple Caramel Streusel Cheesecake. Try the Parmesan-Garlic Cheese Bread, Avocado Eggrolls, Tex Mex Eggrolls, Ahi Carpaccio, and the Fried Calamari. * Great appetizers: I nearly like the apps more than the food. Ultimate favorite? Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp. My favs: Chinese Chicken Salad, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, Famous Factory Meatloaf, Chicken and Biscuits, Orange Chicken, Chicken Marsala and Mushrooms, and Chicken. * Large menu / large food: Pages and pages of selections, and always leftovers. * Bread & Butter: It's free! Amazing and usually warm, a dark bread (like squaw) and a baguette. As Yelp'ers, we like a little mystery and tend to go to boutique places) Flavor of the food is always good.Įxpectations always met: great drinks and great big portions. A Cheesecake Factory is a Cheesecake Factory. Needed just a little more sauce to help cover up how hard the pasta was. I understand pasta being al dente, but it needed to be cooked just a little bit longer. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove the mushrooms and put with the chicken on another plate. Cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes before stirring, cook an additional 1-2 minutes. I had the Marsala Chicken and mushroom about $22. Remove the chicken, add in 2 more tablespoons of butter and add the mushrooms. The sauce was good, but other than that, just don't order it. It's like I paid a dollar per small shrimp that was in my order. I'm not asking to kiss my feet, but a simple smile or not being a jerk would be nice.įood overall was great, only complaints are regarding the dynamite shrimp and my Marsala pasta I ordered. The workers I encountered were not friendly at the front where they greet you and at the bakery station where I picked up my food. We drove to this Cheesecake Factory location and normally, we park in the parking structure, but this time, we easily parked on the street and went up the steps. Our order consisted of: 1 Chicken Riesling Pasta, 1 Crispy Chicken Costoletta, 1 Chicken Marsala and Mushrooms, 1 Dynamite Shrimp, 1 Slice of Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake, and 1 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. This review is based on our take out order we placed online.
